- Lead activities to revive underutilized fleet cars and boost the performance of active drivers and partners.
- Analyze operational data and local trends to find growth potential and pain spots, and then provide practical solutions.
- Develop and deepen connections with fleet partners, drivers, and other stakeholders to boost loyalty and engagement.
- Collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, Central Operations, and Marketing to carry out strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement city-specific growth campaigns and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), assure operational excellence, and seek continual process improvement.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and roundtable discussions with key partners to guarantee alignment and performance.
About You:
- You have at least 7 years of experience in operations, startups, strategy consulting, or other similar companies.
- You are a strong collaborator who communicates effectively in English.
- You are extremely analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if necessary.
- You are highly motivated to tackle challenges creatively and efficiently.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You are customer-focused and will work to improve our value proposition to secure supply growth.
- Experience is great, but we are looking for drive, intelligence, and honesty. So, even if you don't check every box, please consider applying if you believe you are the type of person mentioned above.
Why you will enjoy it here:
- Take an active role in determining the future of mobility.
- Have an impact on millions of customers and partners in 500+ locations across 45 countries.
