Viwango vya Mishahara serikalini 2025 (TGS, PHTS, na PSS), Ngazi za mishahara Serikalini, Serikali ya Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania imeendelea kuimarisha mfumo wake wa malipo kwa watumishi wa umma kupitia utekelezaji wa Sera ya Malipo ya Mshahara na Motisha iliyoanzishwa mwaka 2010. Katika mwaka wa fedha wa 2022/2023, serikali ilifanya maboresho makubwa kwenye viwango vya mishahara ya wafanyakazi serikalini, hatua ambayo ilianza kutekelezwa rasmi tarehe 1 Julai 2022.

Kima cha chini cha mshahara kimepandishwa kutoka shilingi 300,000 hadi shilingi 370,000 kwa mwezi, ikiwa ni ongezeko la asilimia 23.3. Hii inadhihirisha dhamira ya serikali kuboresha ustawi wa wafanyakazi wake huku ikihakikisha kwamba watumishi wa umma wanaendelea kuwa na mazingira bora ya kazi yanayolingana na gharama halisi za maisha.

Viwango vya Mishahara serikalini​


Marekebisho haya yanayohusu mishahara yameainishwa katika Waraka wa Watumishi wa Serikali Na. 1 wa mwaka 2015, ambao umesasishwa na viambatanisho vyake kuanzia Na. 1 hadi 11. Vigezo vya malipo vimezingatia elimu ya mtumishi, muda wa mafunzo, na ujuzi maalum uliopatikana, huku yakihusisha watumishi kutoka serikali kuu, serikali za mitaa, taasisi za umma, na hata wale waliostaafu baada ya tarehe 1 Julai 2022.

Viwango Vipya vya Mishahara 2025 (TGS Salary Scale)​


Mfumo wa TGS Salary Scale unaendelea kuwa muongozo rasmi unaotumika kuweka viwango vya mishahara kwa watumishi wa serikali nchini Tanzania. Mfumo huu una lengo la kusawazisha malipo kwa kuzingatia sifa kama vile elimu, uzoefu, aina ya kazi, na umahiri wa kiutendaji.

Katika muktadha wa kiuchumi na kijamii, serikali imekuwa ikifanya mabadiliko ya mara kwa mara kwenye viwango vya mishahara ili kuhakikisha kuwa mishahara inabaki kuwa na thamani na inaendana na mfumuko wa bei na hali ya maisha ya wananchi kwa ujumla.

Madaraja ya Viwango vya Mishahara (TGS Salary Scale 2025)​


Mishahara ya watumishi wa serikali kwa mwaka 2025 imepangwa katika madaraja kuanzia TGS A hadi TGS J. Kila daraja lina malipo maalum yanayohusiana na kiwango cha uzoefu wa mtumishi, aina ya kazi anayoifanya, na nafasi aliyonayo kwenye utumishi wa umma.

Mfano wa Viwango vya Mishahara:​

  • TGS A: Hii ni ngazi ya awali kabisa katika mfumo wa mishahara. Kwa daraja la kwanza katika TGS A.1, mshahara wa kuanzia ni Tshs. 380,000 kwa mwezi.
  • TGS J: Ngazi hii ni ya juu kabisa, ambapo mshahara wa daraja la kwanza (TGS J.1) unafikia Tshs. 3,380,000 kwa mwezi.

Kila daraja lina hatua za kupanda kutoka ngazi ya chini hadi ya juu, huku malipo yakiongezeka kulingana na muda wa utumishi na ufanisi wa kazi. Mfumo huu unahakikisha kuwa wafanyakazi wanapata motisha ya kufanya kazi kwa bidii na kuongeza ufanisi wao kadri wanavyopata uzoefu.

Umuhimu wa Mfumo wa TGS Salary Scale kwa Watumishi wa Serikali​


Mfumo huu wa mishahara una umuhimu mkubwa katika kuimarisha utendaji wa watumishi wa umma kwa njia zifuatazo:

  1. Usawa wa Malipo: Kupitia mfumo huu, serikali inahakikisha kuwa watumishi wanapata malipo yanayolingana na majukumu yao na sifa zao, kuanzia ngazi za chini hadi za juu.
  2. Marekebisho Endelevu: Serikali imeweka utaratibu wa kufanya maboresho ya mara kwa mara kwenye viwango vya mishahara, ili kwenda sambamba na hali ya kiuchumi ya nchi pamoja na kupanda kwa gharama za maisha.
  3. Motisha kwa Wafanyakazi: Ongezeko la mishahara hutoa motisha kubwa kwa wafanyakazi kufanya kazi kwa bidii zaidi, hivyo kuleta tija katika utoaji wa huduma bora kwa wananchi.

Viwango vya Mishahara ya Watumishi Serikalini kwa Mwaka 2024​


Katika mwaka wa fedha wa 2024, mishahara ya watumishi wa serikali imewekwa kwa uangalifu mkubwa ili kuhakikisha kwamba inawakilisha uhalisia wa hali ya uchumi wa nchi. Watumishi katika ngazi tofauti wamepangiwa viwango vya mishahara vinavyolingana na mchango wao serikalini, huku wakihimizwa kuongeza ufanisi wao katika majukumu yao.

Mfumo wa TGS Salary Scale unajumuisha watumishi kutoka sekta mbalimbali, wakiwemo watendaji wa vijiji, watendaji wa mtaa, na wafanyakazi wa kada maalum kama mafundi sanifu. Kwa ujumla, serikali imejizatiti katika kuendelea kuboresha maslahi ya wafanyakazi wake ili kuhakikisha kuwa wanapata haki zao za msingi kupitia mishahara inayokidhi mahitaji yao ya kila siku.
