ACB Bank is looking for passionate and driven individuals to work as Direct Sales Agents. This is an amazing chance to increase retail banking sales while providing exceptional customer service.
The Position Details:
Tenure: one year, renewable depending on performance.
Job locations: Dar Es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, and Moshi.
The Job Description:
Drive retail banking sales by actively pushing liabilities products through daily customer involvement, meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and providing great service in accordance with business goals.
The key responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets for retail banking liabilities products.
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
- Guide customers through the account opening process, ensuring strict adherence to corporate policy and standards such as KYC and anti-money laundering procedures.
- Represent the bank professionally and adhere to our customer-first philosophy in all interactions.
Minimum requirements:
- Education: A minimum of Form Four and up to Diploma level.
- Age: 18 years and up.
- Knowledge of retail banking products and customer service experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in a performance-driven, goal-oriented atmosphere.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and keeping a high level of professionalism.
